I will say that having reviewed the NAIF website that it is interesting that one of the larger loans handed out is now also to the only company that is fully owned by an overseas entity.
whether or not it is the letter of the law, I would have though that the spirit of the act under which the initiative was created would have been to support Australian initiatives by substantially Australian entities in order to return benefits AND proceeds into substantially Australian pockets.
