if you're talking to me I've always seen it as poor form, but the reality is the more expensive your lawyers the more you can fight to the letter of the law and sending multiple accusatory emails to just about everyone is probably going to do nothing more than actually solidify resolve (it's just human nature)

so yeah - the vibe has always been off - but you could say that about just about any stock on the ASX because essentially we are all just cannon fodder for the big boys.
