Just called into their offices. They have 6 staff in the office plus 11 full time staff working remotely due to corona. So 17 full time employees. Winters said he helps with strategy but his contract, which was announced when he joined is part time and Papadopoulos is non-exec and therefore does not work in the business. His legal fees are discounted but would happily switch to an outsourced law firm if there was shareholder concern. This would likely cost multiples more than what he has been charging.

Raife Watson is the CEO and manages the operations. There is a product guy, who has been there for ages plus a bunch of developers, etc. Seems like they're all working pretty hard and all pretty excited about the future of the business.

Your'e right, the old shareholders had no faith. Winters brought his crew who took the CR and got set at 0.003. They now own large swathes of the company plus the company has about $6m in the tin compared to when Winters joined when it had $150k and the directors were taking $100k a month. They haven't sold and are now up 3-5x their money. He doesnt seem like he's in this for his monthly pay cheque.

Winters has never been GIVEN shares. That is factually incorrect. I went and checked. You are wrong @bluebottle18. And shareholders have to approve the issue of shares to directors anyway. Not Winters nor any of the current directors ever been issued a single share they didn't pay for.

Sounds like you should do some proper research rather than trying to poke holes in a company you want to succeed.
