    I'm looking forward to seeing how oversubscribed the rights issue is.

    I remember when ZipMoney did a similar thing at $1.53/share. It was hugely oversubscribed - all those people who couldn't get stock in the purchase plan ended up buying on market.

    The laws of supply/demand definitely apply here.
