Their loss for 3Q 2020 was $130k, annualized to $520k which is high of course, but hopefully there are synergies when combining the companies.
Maybe they lacked the big name salesmen and high profile investor base, which NVO brings.
A very risky play this stock, but I do believe the economy will bounce back and the recruitment sector will be strong, as COVID will cause a massive restructure.... People leaving employers they were planning on leaving awhile ago etc.
