Well, let's hope the CDI guys replicate what they did at PRU!
DM1 are diluting a lot, currently 75 M shares.
Going to 265 M shares, plus (75 M options), so the Cdi guys will own 75 M shares in DM1, so they will own close
to 30% of DM1.
Would that mean a board position or 2?
It could be interesting!
