Wow what an absolute slap in the face to shareholders!! Giving them a 25% discount to post consolidation SP plus the performance rights means the cost of the acquisition is actually $8.75 million (more than twice what QFY currently trades at!). GSM have only been in business for 3 years, shows just how useless QFY and their products are.
