Harte was quite favorably thought of, in the late 2018/early 2019 timeframe, as Sugar mine was coming online, by both analysts and CEO.CA posters who have decent track records. I have only a sketchy sense of what happened afterwards; production and costs disappointed but I don't know why. Management speak with forked tongue? Covid?
