I would assume SLR will propose a settlement, and if the secondary lienholder(s) (Appian and who else) aren't reasonable in SLR's view, take Harte to bankruptcy court. Presumably a judge will let SLR work out an interim arrangement, as is common in the US anyway, so the the mine and workforce is not idled.
Honestly hate and hesitate to opine this, because a number of Harte holders are Canadian investors I swapped info with for decades, but I suspect the existing shareholders will be wiped out.
