@p_pedro Only as recently as early November Harte were telling shareholders that their strategic review, which incorporated the sale of the business or further investment in the business, would be unlikely to realise any value for shareholders. I don't know about others, but I don't interpret this necessarily as meaning no other party saw enough value in the business to be interested. I think it is highly likely that there are/were other parties interested, just that shareholders were not likely to benefit, possibly because others were waiting for the business to fold.
