At least those retail SH's wanting a larger slice of the FOS pie will be able to have it at the same price as those invited to participate in the CR. Doubt this SP will raise its head above the raise price for quite a while, and it may be dangerous if it does, as a 5-10% capital gain would be very nice to trouser for those stumping up large chunks in this CR. We shall see if managements assumptions are proved correct, though I feel it will take a while for synergies to flow through with the economic outlook so hawkish.
