Yes possibly will pull back towards 2.5c, but once the acquisition is done and dusted, remember there is no exploration risk here, some nice niobium grades at decent intervals already - as the drilling gets underway, I feel this has to have at least $200M-$300M market cap post dilution to start with, the Saint should clear 10 cps - GLTAH.
