If the old B4 tailings dam is not an issue, then why has the company decided to not include anything from the tenement it's on, in the JORC resource. Yet last week in the presentation clearly showed cross sections and maps with drillholes into this tenement??

The fact that the company will be spending money on geotechnics due to the existence of this old tailings dam, clearly shows it was and is something that can't be ignored. This is simple information from the company's own announcements.

In stocks I'm in, and past ones I've owned, when a lot of information is available about a new project, holders are very keen to discuss every aspect.

The reports from Terracota Consulting and projects plus the Itafos PEA have a huge amount of information about this exact project, including where all the drilling has been done, estimated capital costs, works needed to be done etc, yet not one of the constant rampers, wants to discuss anything other than "look at the fantastic grades". Why?

No-one has mentioned the >$US6oom for capital cost of phase 1 + 2 back in 2013 (pg 15 PEA), which probably have gone up a lot, and only go to 240kt/yr processed, nor the fact that a lot of the inferred resource is under the tailings dam wall as per pg 28 of Itafos's PEA. Why not??
The prices used in the PEA were way higher than current for Niobium and REE, yet not a comment here, except highlighting the huge profit the PEA shows, which is clearly false, yet not one of you have corrected that poster by trying to be realistic. Why not?

What about the diagrams showing the block models of mineralisation and where drilling has already shown much lower grades to the North just outside the high grade areas, or the actual distance apart the drilling has been??
Why is none of this discussed here, the important bits about any potential mine, when plenty is already known??

The old B4 tailings dam existing has reduced the potential, by the company themselves stating no JORC resource from that tenement. yet last week they included it in the maps and diagrams without mentioning it was excluded..
