There is some info around for the tenement if you put Atlas Iron M20/118 in your search engine. The name Wilgie Mia comes up quite a bit as there is the Wilgie Mia Ochre Mine, a traditional aboriginal mine.

The plan by Atlas in 2007 was to use the Oakajee Port as a loading solution but that never went ahead, so not sure where EMG can load out from. GBG uses the Geraldton Port to ship 8mt iron ore per year, but there is no spare capacity.

Atlas sold Wilgie Mia (now named Iron Ridge) for $100,000 and a $1 pt royalty a couple of years ago.

EMG paying much more upfront. I wonder if the Atlas royalty has been extinguished or is still in existence.

Either way it seems EMG will own a stranded deposit. Surely after all this time, they could've found something better than this.
