Hi nick, It shows which brokers are buying and selling , I use the net volume column which shows the total amount that has not been sold. You can also see the average buy and sell price in the last few column.

An example is Patersons - We can see they bought 159500 at @37 and didn't sell any shares. It is a rough guide as Comsec is the biggest net volume and some would think it is retailers but Comsec does have a large number of professional and sophisticated investors as well as an institutional component. I like to see the average buy price and adjust my trading accordingly.

I think the data for this week will be a better guide of who has been making the large line swipes IMO
