I agree with your comments above. It's the right sized project for AZS. $1.5M doesn't seem a lot to pay for an advanced project with good grades .... so I am thinking the smelter royalty gives the best guide for when this will go into production. I think the vendor is expecting an income sooner rather than later.
AZS is likely to become a small producer but also holding very valuable ground jointly with Teck ....this project only has to be moderately commercial to see AZS start growing organically. Those grades are DSO ... so lots of options to find buyers.
