There is one map per month. "As of 31.11.17" is the first one showing a region of Przecznica labeled as "Pending applications for concessions for prospecting, exploration and exploitation of rock, chemical and metal deposits."

So an application has now been pending for two months.
I have not been able to confirm that the region on the map is ION's Przecznica application. But that would make sense IMO. DYOR.
