As of 31/1/18 the application was still pending:

So it's been over 2 months, but possibly still less than 3 months.
@Éire said 3 months to process the application. I'm not sure where that information came from. If it's true we should have an answer in the next few weeks.
In any case, we'll eventually know the outcome when that map changes -- with or without a company announcement.
