HCH have close to a billion tones at between .5 and .8%. cu. They are also close to the coast and their mettalurgy is suited to processing with salt water. Most of the mines in Chile seem to run on a similar model of huge tonnages at a small percentage of cu. This model I suspect is needed to get the economies of scale to justify the huge capital outlayes for mine development. will MAN's resource be economic? I think they would have to prove up a much larger resource.
