Why the angst if you are not happy with the direction the company is going? Exercise your rights to stay in or stay out. No point crying over spilled milk, you are not a child anymore. Many new shareholders believe in the company otherwise they wouldn't have got in. Don't spoil it for them. You should be happy that the share price is moving up instead of mourning the past. I believe in the new NED who has bought a million shares in the company. What more do you need for proof of conviction. @steveholt can speak for himself, you need not speak for him, besides you only talk with a chip over your shoulder. I do believe the new board will be better than the previous one otherwise I wouldn't have bought back. I always have said that if I have see things have improved I will buy back. I am not stupid enough not to notice the events happening that I considered will improve the share price.
