They've sold it for $1mill cash plus $3.5mill of shares at the time of sale. It has added over $11mill of market cap today and the only winners are still management by getting 30mill shares ($3mill) when the SP gets back to the price it was 8months ago?
They have to pay an additional USD$4.8mill in 2 years time to secure the project aswell!
Plenty of cash to drill it and the land looks good, but why are Atacamoz Pty Ltd selling it for so cheap...
