If you couldn't "recall" when an announcement meant anything at that point, are you saying you researched past announcements but kept them in the back of your mind to make a comment on the 10/02/2022 but then couldn't remember what you put in your mind to remember or that you'd researched announcements some time back but couldn't remember those ?
MAN's MC at that point was $22 million, it's now $31 million.
What is it that you want the Board to do - give you money out of the $17million pool ?
