The SI6 director Mr Letcher needs to think this through if he wants to be a 34% vendor as well. Bit of double dipping there and the market is smart enough to see that, for a totally greenfield prospect(s) where the shares to be issued alone are $2m plus, at 1.3 cents, and will give the vendors up to 30% of SI6. No, no no. Will lead (as I have already said) to cash raisings and doubtless eventual consolidation.
Get something which does not leave a sour taste in S holders' mouths, with some value for money. bm has got this one right....lets hope the board are listening.

Those vendor obligations are pretty stock standard for an RTO which is what this effectively is and your consolidation presumptions come from I don't know where. Yes their are always cash raisings for juniors so that's irrelevant too. It's a junior and all your gripes can be applied to any project they brought into this. Have you met the ASX?
