H, you're entitled to your opinion, as am I, and usually I would just accept your contrary view as fair enough - but since you choose to phrase it in argumentative and personally judgmental language I will assume you (unlike me according to you) can read, so I suggest you read VMC for what can be done by a tiny company whose directors put the well being of the company they are paid to run ahead of their personal interests...theirs is a deal.

As for due d. since the SI6 director who owns 34% of the vendor will be one of the decision makers you actually believe he will decide against his own interest....that's a rhetorical question, BTW. Why would he vend it in if he intends to vote it down?
