This one by SI6 with Mirrorplex and Mr Letcher is just as ceh2009 posted, also you might refer big mahn (who knows his way around) post 33251203 to check the other's views.
As for due d. since the SI6 director who owns 34% of the vendor will be one of the decision makers you actually believe he will decide against his own interest....that's a rhetorical question, BTW. Why would he vend it in if he intends to vote it down?

Page 10 paragraph 2 of the announcement clearly states "SI6 director Mr Joshua Letcher ("Related Party Vendor") which means Mr Letcher would be excluded from voting, feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.

If Mr Letcher owned 34% of the Vendor company then he also doesn't have a controlling vote from that side either, feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.

What do you think about the actual asset side of the company?
