If this gold project was so great ,why did the Americans not go...

If this gold project was so great ,why did the Americans not go deeper themselves ,most likely the bulk of the good stuff was mined long ago.
Still some hope that there is a large system at depth.
I would be willing to put money on it that nearly all these newly issued shares will be dumped on market.
I personally don't think that weakness in the LCE price has anything to do with this acquisition ,more likely to do with not being able to economically extract Lithium from clay.
The market will wake up to what is going on here ,over the next year I expect a share price of 0.003 to 0.004 before the ramp squad push this back up to just below 1 cent ,so maybe a trade in it here.
The market will most likely put a zero value on there Lithium clay project ,for now.
