the shorts and insiders wouldn’t have had a chance if the directors had of upheld their continuous disclosure obligations and put us in TH prior to trade. Incompetence and intention are equally indefensible. BOD should lobby asx to cancel the trades to restore credibility that they are aware and respect their obligations. Hopefully they cop a fine if they don’t.
