most of the broker reports i have seen are criticizing the acquisition price, saying KAR has materially overpaid - makes sense as its a good deal for the PE seller - they are 100% financially motivated.
"The valuation paid for Who Dat is also not precisely a bargain (US$18-$18.25/boe of 2P reserve and US$45-$50k per flowing boe)"
