It'll actually be higher than that, as you have calculated your taxes based upon cash revenue. In order to really evaluate the tax payments required you should include DD&A into your calculations as these are allowable deductions for cash purposes and will have a material impact on reducing your tax payments.
As you have indicated though. the cash generated from this investment will be massive. I'll try and have a stab at an NPV / payback period calculation over the weekend on the acquisition. I would hazard a guess that the return would be pretty good as cash from ops will be very strong IMO.
