Impecable timing - I became a shareholder this week.
Anyone (shareholder) who is interested in the future of this company and the narrative of PoO going higher for longer as an investment, should be over the moon with this transformative transaction. Karoon is now firmly in with the big companies and will benefit from low capital outlays with strong cashflow. Australia now has a serious oil company emerging at a time when the green/renewable narrative is fraying and flailing.
