how the board are not at the door of ASIC and ASX asking for them to have yesterdays trades cancelled because the Karoon Fax Machine was errr broken, or maybe optus was down again or the intern had a bender the night before .... is beyond me. Clear breach of their obligations under Continuous Disclosure to have not put the company in trading halt prior to the commencement of trade... Surely there couldn't be a more clear cut case for ASIC to prosecute?! Can you imagine the defence? Umm no your honour, we were definitely not aware prior to 10:29 that we were going to raise and take a position in Who Dat. it only became apparent when our broker and their trading mates started to sell us down to the same as the SPP price. I know, what a complete coincidence. Weird. BUT We took decisive action when they told us they had finis... i mean confirmed that we were needed to raise and pay for the transaction we had been negotiating for wee... i mean minutes. you have to believe us.

Transformational transaction which is very exciting for long term holders but absolute incompetence on such a basic requirement.
