aren't the cash payments subject to actual 2P proven reserves of 100 million barrels+ and then 50 million barrels each after that... then signaling even percentage of buyout proceeds... APDC is still getting their money's worth shares (future gains) and cash payments... it was created for just project Peregrine right, form the ann it sounds like they have now exposure to 88e itself and not just Project Peregrine.
