When you think about that there’s been barely any shopping centres built in Aus in the past 10 years and retail demand is still there/ecommerce won’t completely cannibalise the industry then money will flow into the sector again, I exited this stock about 6 months ago after making 44% in about 6 months but will definetely be buying on any weakness as I like how they’re building this company into a nice asset management firm/lender that can scale and grow, would definetely be a good 10 year hold
