No doubt about announcements and deals being struck via JCT, but it is possible they may hold new signings/renewals etc back until at least Day 1 under the XPE banner.
For those interested in longer term... it will be really interesting if they can gain and then maintain 50% margin against the revenue they generate.
In the 'tech industry' that can be very difficult to do over a prolonged period of time.
Anyway, it's another great step in the build out of XPE.
