RAGIN when CHURCHILL MINING span off SPI they retained an agreement on preferential manganese prices. CHL still exist if you look back a few years over my less @enthusiastic@ OK I like Spitfires posts you will see a reference to it. No from SPI has said the agreement does not still exist, so if we ever go to manganese production (like in the 22nd Century) then they will still have the agreement. I can find nothing on White Lion how about you? DOC
