    Hopefully , a winner . AD1 seemed to have learnt from the disaster of a previous attempted take over of a much larger company, which tanked the SP and has barely moved since. I think apart from the added value via turnover vs cost synergies, value also available re cross-promotions with 450 + Enterprise Customers, on-boarding of experienced staff , and marketing offerings via Oliver Grace.
