However it's a mess of robbing Peter to pay Paul with the equity raise to pay off that fkn debt which was squandered by past management chasing rainbows.
However you chop it, we've all been massively diluted and there is an expensive upcoming earn-out agreement to boot.

I have zero faith or expectation in these guys any more. The audacity of touting last quarter as cash flow positive when it included a $750k rebate is just astounding. Wish I'd given them a wide berth.
