I have been advised, quote: "that they are still seeking a recapitalisation of the company per the ASX announcement on 20 November 2014 here.
If they are unsuccessful they will then wind the company up and advise you so you can claim the capital loss in relation to your shares.
They hope to have the decision by the end of the financial year, however please continue monitoring ASX announcements or communications from them."
