What is Buds overall strategy with this aquisition, are they looking to become a smart lighting company or a building IQ company?
i currently hold TTI: ASX which manufactures smart street lights and smart traffic and generated similar revenue and more profit than LIFX, but is valued a fair bit lower. TTI is looking to capture the smart city space.
I was wondering if BUD has a similar objective to TTI in trying to capture a smart lighting space. Just makes me wonder which way bud is heading with this aquisition and if it is really necessary to their overall growth plan. Will BUD just become a seller of smart lights? Or is the idea to become a smart building/city provider?
