1.7b shares will be issued after the acquisition.at 9cc that is a market cap of both companies together of $153m. Bid energy market cap with $6m in revenue is about the same. LIFX is double revenue every year whilst capital constrained. a $70m revenue company should have a market cap of about $270m $350m....and that about 18-21c and gives zero value to ohm and cloud. If you put a 5-6c low ball figure on that business then 23-27c is fair. Then next year in 2020 if revenue is $200m market cap could be close $800m to $1b. $47c - 58c with all the dilution.
Doesn't give an value to the synergies the two businesses with have...I am stoked with this deal. Down side is now limited on LIFX alone. DE-RISK TIME
