    I think BUD strategy is do what ever it takes to stay afloat.  Going from a data IoT company, to a hardware company pretending to be a IoT company because it is trendy at the moment, now a full blown consumer business, BUD has an identity crisis.  Atleast TTI seems to have settled on what it does and gets on with it.  IMO
