@drbgt40 fair comment. I dont think there is any correlation between an iphone and a smart bulb. Firstly, iphones and android phones are highly product and useful devices, secondly people buy them on contracts, so dont have upfront outlay. Smart Bulbs are very expensive and not very useful or productive for people on a day to day basis. I am open to changing my views on smart bulbs, I consider myself an early adopter of technology, smart bulbs, not sure. Show me how paying $60 - $120 for a lighbulb that can change colour and be turned on and off using my iphone is cost effective or productive and I will happily go and buy one or more bulbs. Maybe energy companies should bundle these bulbs with our energy bills? IMO
