well, its probably that they feel most pain has been felt already.  So therefore selling now would be pointless.

Probably that they want their voice heard, that's what the forum allows (without many alternative outlets that I can think of).

Perhaps you could look past the poster and to the points you say that they are complaining about.  Are they warranted ?  I personally would suggest yes in this situation due to the number of times they have been let down (if you go back to the back door listing from POK).

If the company had some actual success the complaining, I think, would dissipate.  But given the bad run i wouldn't expect that to happen after the first couple of minor victories.
