@DreadPirateRoberts I am not actually making a big deal of this, I am simply trying to highlight the issues with LIfx and BUD, the amount paid, the debt and general lack of smart decision making and poor judgement on managements behalf.  People pump this light bulb business, product flying off the shelf, cashflow positive in the next 9 months, greatest invention since the electricity itself, BUD is going to save the world from climate catastrophe, yet both companies are bleeding cash and expect to be cashflow positive in 9 - 10 months time.  I am not claiming to be an expert in retail, but discounting is never a good sign or smart decision. IMO
