Consumers (meaning individual residence) who are already LiFX...

Consumers (meaning individual residence) who are already LiFX customers or are looking at buying LiFX products may have some interest in monitoring their entire eco-system (considering they are energy aware/environmentally responsible) .  But this require a very different OHM version or completely different product suit. But there is certainly a market to tap into.

Businesses, Governments and large business entities however who wants Energy Monitoring for their entire eco-system would find LiFX proposition extremely enticing.  Once you bundle in OHM monitoring with some control function (I am certain they would announce a new product suite in BUD Connect in March) and LiFX product range,  it is a very strong business proposition.

As a long term investor, I am pleased with this take-over.  LiFX current range and future possibilities on it's own seem endless with or without OHM. 

I think market would recognize this in next 2 qtrlies.
