That's some good analysis and also a great point about the sp can rise without news.
As the focus here is always on when the next piece of news is - imo i think IOU will soon take off its shackles and make substantial moves when people least expect it without accompanying news.
Have seen this many times in other stocks when they just move up and re-rate even without any substantive news.
