From memory there was a $500k facilitation fee stated in past accounts that would need to settle now.

To this day Impondo still claim on their website ...

"Impondo Mining Resource Consultants (Pty) Ltd holds a 10% indirect share in the sale of Vanmag. Impondo is responsible for production, sales and day to day management of Vanmag."

It's unclear to me whether the $500k in the accounts relates to Impondo's 10% indirect stake or something else.

And is it possible there's a facilitation fee for the latest sale of vanmag?

Penalty interest was hinted at in relation to Mashala by PL once before.

Bottom line I'm glad Vanmag has settled and hopefully never to be heard of again, but I can't see the left over dollars stretching too far.
