Something just doesn't add up for me.
At what point would owners of a company that is doing $3m EBIT this year and forecast to do $5m next year, decide that it is prudent to cash out for $10.55m? And the argument that the vendors are seeking an instant cash hit doesn't hold either because the deal is largely a staggered consideration?
The deal just seems too good to be true for SXE.
The vendors know SXE well via Heyday relationship. Are MDE a bit silly and selling out too cheap (unlikely me thinks), or are MDE predicting the current cycle is juiced out?
