You make some good points. However lets see the due dilligence.

As far as I am aware LEI products are patented and very well researched.The management and staff are well respected experienced personel who have worked dilligently to complete the research etc on the products. The finalisation to marketing is almost completed with many agreements well down the track. It is not as so we are starting off from scratch and I am sure that the shareholders will benefit very nicely from this acquisition.
Financially LEI is in a good position with many millions of dollars already spent to get the products up and ready to run.
