Yes, LT shareholders will be diluted, but for 2$ per carat Merlin is a top notch acquisition for Lucapa!We have reduced the country risk now and I'm sure new investors, who see the big potential here will enter the register soon. Each of our projects Lulo, Mothae and Merlin has the potential to multiply the current Share Price. I look forward when strong Cash Flow is generated from Lulo and Mothae and we enlarge our stake in the Kimberlite Exploration Program in Angola.
